There are laundry facilities located in the basement with washing machines & dryers for tenants to use.

The building has been completely refurbished & remodelled and offers CCTV throughout the shared areas of the building and also a Keyless Entry system. This is a secure building with parking also available.

We also have a weekly cleaner who cleans all shared/communal areas.
